Centennial Ballroom

Romance abounds at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. This magnificent salon with floor to ceiling windows provides a picturesque views of the majestic Rocky Mountains on one side and our Mile High City Skyline on the other. The Centennial Ballroom is the perfect location to hold your event for up to 220 reception-style or 150 seated. This ballroom is also perfect for intimate gatherings where you can have your ceremony in one area, cocktail reception in another, and a sit-down dinner in a third, all while enjoying the beautiful Colorado vista.

Grand Mesa Ballroom

This upscale location features custom made chandeliers and grand 16’ ceilings. The Grand Mesa Ballroom is the largest of our ballrooms which can host over 800 for a sit-down dinner. Invite your guests to mingle while they enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in our open air Atrium that is located directly outside the ballroom.

All Seasons Atrium

This lovely open space has plenty of room for all your guests. This dazzling event space boasts 90 foot windows that are sure to impress your guests. The 3,800 square foot space features contemporary décor with a natural stone wall and glass accents. Our Atrium can host over 350 guests for a sit-down dinner or a reception for up to 1000 guests.

No food and beverage may be brought into the hotel by the guests or persons attending the functions. All food and beverage will be supplied by the hotel. In the event you plan to bring in specialty cuisine, please coordinate delivery and options with your Event Manager.

Menus

The menus shown in this package are merely suggestions. We welcome the opportunity to design menus especially for you. Please ask your Catering Sales Manager. A menu tasting for up to four guests will be planned once you have narrowed your selection to a few items approximately three months prior to your wedding.

n style="font-size:12px8pt8pt8pt;">Confirmation of Space and Deposits

An initial non-refundable deposit of ten percent (25%) of the contracted minimum is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. Initial deposits may be made by personal check, credit card or cash.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Anywhere. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12:00pm.

Welcome Packets and Gift Bags

The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms.

One Welcome Gift or Letter delivered to Guests Rooms $4 each.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due three (3) business days prior to your event. Once received, this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number

Final Payment

Final payment in the form of a cashier's check money order, credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collect with the final payment to cover charges and/or incidentals charges incurred during and following the wedding.
